I didn't change this photo as i thought it looked
natural. I had just catched the moment when the
traffic warden was writing a ticket for a car. I think a story that would fit with this photo would be "Sloppy parked traffic warden gives out ticket" As it is showing a traffic warden writing a ticket. This a link to the story:

However i could crop it so it didn't include the group of people in the picture because you would

have to ask permission from them to include there

faces in the article, it is easier to just cut them out.
